THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK

WASHINGTON -- After nearly one month since the historic attack on New York City, Britain and the United States have commenced airstrikes in Afghanistan.
Military experts say this preliminary strike will seek to comprimise the nation's ample supply of rubble and disable its dense system of roads and streams.
"It's always the first priority to eliminate the enemy's 'air defenses'," said a CNN military analyst. "That way we can bomb everything 'else' with impunity."
Sources say the state's base may have been hit. Also the enemy airfield, which bases the Taleban plane, was also likely destroyed.
