WASHINGTON, DC -- The name of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, against which the United States fought its 1991 war, was officially added to a list of "major assholes" outlined by the State Department. Iraq is widely suspected to be a possible target in the charge against terrorism after the fighting in Afghanistan is over.
    "I'm not saying we're going to do anything about it." said US Vice President Cheney. "I'm just saying we have this list right here with all these names on it." Saddam's name was written in red and underlined twice.
    Fighting has already begun in Yemen, and Somalia or Iraq are often cited as possible next targets of anti-terrorist campaigns.
    The list has in the past included such names as Slobodan Milosevic, Mohammed Aidid, and Benito Mussolini.
