NEW YORK CITY -- Today the United Nations issued a uninamous measure condemning web server crashes.
    "Crashes are a despicable blemish on the future of western civilization," said UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. "We urge all nations to do whatever is necessary to halt and prevent all possible occurences."
    The condemnation was echoed by many world bodies including the United States, Britain, the EU and NATO. In addition, the office of Russian-NATO relations issued a rare joint statement repeating the call for action.
