WASHINGTON, DC -- Enron Star witness Sherron Watkins revealed much sorely sought information about failing enery giant Enron, including a copy of the company's dearly guarded secret decoder ring.
    Testifying before the House Energy and Commerce Committee yesterday, she said that CEO Kenneth Lay was largely in the dark, and that the ring could unravel much of the company's bizarre accounting practices.
    She said in the hearing: "Just turn it 30� to the left, and you'll find which Caymen islands fund the earnings account is cross-listed with. Turn it 35� and you'll see who [former CEO] Jeff [Skilling] has a crush on."
