TIMES SQUARE -- Times Square street entertainment fixture the "Naked Cowboy," also known as Robert Burke, is reportedly considering a Congressional campaign.
    "I stand here in the street as I one day will stand in the halls of Congress, so that the American people, one by one, can place dollar bills in my Naked Cowboy-brand cowboy boots to combat America's problems," he told the Associated Press in a recent interview.
    Burke said he "just felt more at home" in the House of Representatives.
