BAGDAD -- Seven months since Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz predicted that "an explosion of joy will greet our soldiers," explosions of joy are still greeting our troops on a nearly daily basis, though soldiers say small arms fire is often involved.
    On Monday an Army Third Infantry Division patrol while troops were greeted by celebratory mortar fire in Northern Iraq, while almost simultaneously in Fallujah troops there were raked by jubilant rocket attacks. "I think to some extent the people who say it's unexpected really do not understand what this is all about," continued Wolfowitz.
