LOS ANGELES -- The character Ross Geller slaughtered his five co-stars in the show's shocking final episode aired this week. According to fans, Ross became enraged over a dispute over a letter another character received, culminating a bloody frenzy with a kitchen knife.
    "I thought it was a strange ending for such a light-hearted show," said Penny Margolis, a Minneapolis-area viewer. "Maybe it was leading all up to this, but I didn't see it."
    In the final moments, Ross cooked and ate his own baby. Studio executives were not available for comment.
