BAGDAD -- The US may place a diplomat who looks strikingly like former dictator Saddam Hussein at the head of a new transitional government, according to sources.
    "We've spent weeks having him practice Saddam's exact accent," said a insider who asked not to be named. "All this from the bright people who decided to run a prison in Saddam's former gulag."
    The lookalike would lead the transition to democratic elections in Iraq but would ultimately answer to the Coalition Provisional Authority. He also "looks smashing in a berét," say sources.
