WASHINGTON, DC -- Dick Cheney took time on Sunday to personally praise embattled Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, saying "I think Don Rumsfeld is the best secretary of Defense the United States has ever had." He continued, "I think he's better even than the fabled reign of Robert McNamara."
    McNamara was the Secretary of Defense from 1961 to 1968, "another formative era for American military power," Cheney said.
