PHILADELPHIA -- The 2004 election took another turn in the early hours of Tuesday, with Republicans capturing a munitions dump in key swing state Pennsylvania. According to local report, the raid was identical to one carried out in Arizona only hours earlier.
    "We're seeing the same techniques in this area by Republican interests," wrote Lorrie Kisling of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "This morning's heavily armed raid was no exception."
    Democratic control of most armories in battleground states has some Republican strategists worried, one expert said. "In this close a run, every point counts," said Neil Marez with the Annenberg Political Center.
