WASHINGTON, DC -- In an upset victory that stunned experts, the animated cartoon character Donald Duck won the Presidency of the United States on Tuesday.
    "Due to the influx of electronic voting machines, virtually anything is possible," pollster John Zogby told ABC News' Peter Jennings on election night. "This opens up a whole new range of possibilities."
    "Finally we have a President who won't get bogged down in real-word problems," said a Disney spokesman. "With Donald Duck at the helm, the only limit is your imagination." Rival Warner Brothers Studios vowed to create a character that can win the 2008 or 2012 elections.
