WASHINGTON, DC -- President Bush, faced with his approval rating hitting historic lows, is looking to the Nixon era for advice, according to aides. According to a CBS News poll, the President's image has dropped to just 34%.
    "Nixon's approval rating was as low as 24 percent, yet he must have survived somehow," Bush is reported to have said. "How did he do it?"
